Where is my order?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, your tracking link will be in your email and in your TShirtTube orders page. If it’s been more than 7 business days, send us your Order ID and we’ll dig in.

My NFC tag doesn’t work.

First, make sure NFC is enabled on your phone and you’re tapping the tag with the top/back of your device. If it still doesn’t work, tell us your phone model and send a quick video when we reply to your email so we can debug it.

EXP / level not updating.

Sometimes caching or delayed processing can hold back EXP for a few minutes. If it doesn’t update within 30 minutes, send us a screenshot of your item profile plus what challenge you completed and we’ll fix it manually if needed.

I was charged but don’t see my order.

This is usually a failed checkout or email typo. Include the last 4 digits of your card, the charge time, and the email you used, and we’ll locate the payment and either attach it to an order or refund it.
